Joe Wicks is The Body Coach
Joe was a personal trainer and boot camp owner in Surrey just outside London. He began his Brand “lean in 15″back in January 2014. He started making 15 second videos on Instagram showing people how to cook healthy but tasty meals to keep lean in just 15 minutes. Wicks has used his power and presence in social media to promote his nutrition and love of exercise to the world.
Joe Wicks aim is to make things as quick and efficient as possible i.e all meals taking less than 15 minutes.
